What if I don't have a projector?
In order to have the One-board experience when you join with a physical whiteboard, a projector is required to merge the other participant's content to your board, in real-time.
What if I have more than 2 participants for a session?
The Boardit Free-Tier only supports 2 participants per room today. You can contact us to discuss about your organization's need where more than 2 participants will use the app on a monthly basis.
Is Boardit app secure to use?
Of course! Boardit Free-Tier was carefully designed in a way that the app doesn't store any content from your session, and you can only invite authorized participant to join your room.
What does Boardit app actually do?
Boardit app is designed for users who reside in different locations but prefer to use big surfaces to share any ideas. Do I have to download Boardit app or it's directly available through a web browser?
Boardit app is web-based, which means you can simply access it with a link.
What if I don't have a separate webcam?
If your computer has a back webcam, you can just make it face the board, and make sure to select the back webcam in the browser settings before/during setup.
Can I adjust the digital canvas size on the room / shareboard page?
Can I change the color of the digitalized content?
If you join with the digital canvas, and draw on the digital canvas directly, the color selection is default to black.
